Text of Complaint by Abbas Makada:

I am writing this email to report the non delivery of my parcel.

On July 23rd, 2024, I had booked a parcel delivery with Airway Bill Number – 3956 from your Dubai office in the name of Mrs Jamila Makada, Luxuria Residency-2, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, State – Gujarat (India ).

As per the delivery duration promised by your company, the parcel should have gotten delivered within a span of 1 month but it has been over 6 months and the parcel still is undelivered.

Therefore, I am writing this email to request kindly have the parcel tracked and delivered to the recipient’s address in Ahmedabad (Gujarat) location as earliest as possible as the parcel contains our household stuff and items.

If the parcel is not traceable from your end as you have already informed that the same has been lost from your end then please process the claim of below amount.
Shipment Cost – Rs 5200
Blanket Cost – Rs 3000
5 Pairs of Dress – Rs 5250
3 Pairs of Night Dress – Rs 1500
Pressure Cooker – Rs 1300
Spoons and Spatula – Rs 1000
Cooking Pan Set – Rs 1500
Small Steel Container Set – Rs 800
2 Pillows – Rs 1000
Crockery and Glasses – Rs 700

Total Amount of Consignment – Rs 21250.
For your reference, I have attached the copy of the receipt and details of lost items. I am hopeful that you will look into the matter and have the parcel delivered at the quickest.
