My parents were traveling from LHR to DEL flight on 16 July and arrived in Delhi on 17 July which flight number is UK18 and its ticket number is 228109641775303/5403. And also the connecting flight was DEL to AMD. Both are reached but the baggage has not been received yet. Also, I discussed this with the counter support team at Ahmedabad but her response was not good so rudely.
After 26 Hours my parent’s baggage are received and my parents checked all baggage so many items are missed like clothes, a Mobile charger, food items, an electric saving razer, etc.
I have shared all the travel details. please guide us
