I bought SHIB when it was listed on wazirx sold at higher price but bought again at even higher price with all of my portfolio in it but exchange was having liquidity problem at the time and after 5 to 8 hours my 38,000rupees went to 86rupees. their eligibility criteria says those who sold at an exceptional price i.e. more than 0.002 cannot be compensated but they also said that “WazirX reserves the right in its sole discretion to include or exclude any particular user or set of users or decide the eligibility criteria like cut-off price, amount of airdrop per user, mode and schedule of disbursement, etc.”I understand that it is partially my mistake but i cannot have lost 38k to 86 if it wasn’t for the liquidity of wazirx. wazirx have some sense of humanity and give me money i lost.
