I have booked Zingbus from Phagwara Punjab to Udaipur that almost cost Rs. 1833. The bus got damaged near bagru jaipur. There was no arrangement and the Marshall and conductor started misbehaving with us and told us to arrange alternative to reach destination.
I have booked another bus online (redbus) which almost cost me 943 Rs.
When I claim my refund from zingbus they only gave me Rs. 873 that was quite less than original 1833 and 943 rs. Which I paid for my complete journey.
When I ask them on their whatsapp service, they told me about two part of journey and two part of payment. There was no partition of payment anywhere.
I lost my luggage and when I claim it they ignored my messages.
Worst of all service my zingbus.
I want my full refund and compensation for my lost luggage due to irresponsibility of driver and Marshall when bus lost.
