I got a message in WhatsApp to earn money in a part time and they routed through Telegram app
Initial amount of Rs250 deposited as welcome bonus and said to complete the activity and asked to deposit amount to particular account and later can be withdraw to your account. Till value is low they transferred the amount but after depositing high amount they seems say some bullshit stories and not transferred any amount until you finish the activity
