Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a serious grievance against the online gaming platform Zupee, on which I have incurred a substantial financial loss totaling ₹5,00,000 (Five Lakh Rupees) under circumstances that I believe to be unjust and warrant investigation.
Between [insert dates or time period], I participated in games on the Zupee application, during which I experienced technical issues, unclear rules, and an apparent lack of transparency in gameplay outcomes. I contacted Zupee’s customer support at care@zupee.com requesting a partial refund or at least clarification, but unfortunately, I received no meaningful response or assistance from their team.
I believe this lack of support and accountability raises concerns about the platform’s compliance with fair gaming practices and consumer protection standards. Losing such a significant amount without any form of recourse or transparency is both financially and emotionally distressing.
I respectfully request that your office investigate this matter and assist me in securing a resolution—be it a partial refund or further inquiry into Zupee’s conduct.

Note: now mother suffering from oracle cancer for that operation we have given 10lakh we have borrowed in bank loans and relatives.
