I did a recharge of ₹455 in airtel prepaid mobile +91 9899939957 on 30-Aug-2022 at 11:04 A.M. Post 30 minutes of successful recharge, I was using Airtel app and unknowingly requested prepaid to postpaid conversion. I received a successful migration to postpaid message on 30-Aug-2022 at 11:30 A.M.
Since then I am unable to see any transactions/details about the prepaid recharge that I did, so I called a customer executive and according to her there are no details of prepaid transactions in your system. If there is any prepaid balance, it will be reflected in the postpaid bill as a discount. I also reached out to the customer care team through emails but no clear response received regarding the transaction. I think there is a gap/failure in the system that no one is accepting and is silent about.
I want to highlight and escalate my concern since no one responded with clear answers. I wanted to enclose pdf of email chain but could not do so due as this site only takes image file.
