This complaint is regarding my WO#1E8BJV2K.
So I have been dealing with this problem since a month. The engineer who had installed my Tata sky dint install the box properly due to which their was leakage in the electricity from your Tata sky box due to which my projector and my music system both got damaged and costed me a loss of approximately 1.5 lakhs. This was the first time when it happened in the mid month of March ,2019. I registered a complain with your team and the engineer came and confirmed me that yes it was the fault of Tata sky and changed my box. So I got my projector and music system fixed and it costed me around 1.5 lakhs and then again when the Tata sky installed the box the same problem took place and again now my projector and my music system both has been damaged and now I won’t bare the loss of 1.5 lakhs again. The EPSON company who is my projector dealer and my music system company both confirmed me that due to the leakage in Tata sky again the mother board of the projector and music system has been damaged. I registered a complain in your customer care again.
This time what happened was when I registered a complaint after 2 days of passing your engineer contacted me and came to check and again he confirmed that their was leakage in the Tata sky due to which their was so much of damaged and he confirmed me this and told he would change the box and get it fixed but then he left without solving my problem and then I received a call from your customer care forcing me to provide them the OTP to end the call because the box was not available but I denied so they promise to send another engineer with the box but the engineer came did the survey and again the same thing happened and he dint fix my problems .
Then I received a call from Bangalore asking me about if my problem has been fixed or not so I briefed them about the entire story and again they had sent the engineer but nothing happened and this happened twice l. Now again when I have received a call from Bangalore I told them that my problem has still not been resolved and then the lady connect me to one of your regional heads named MRS.RASHMI AND HER CONTACT NO. Is 8235439789. Even after Mrs.Rashmi coming into the picture my problem has still not been resolved. Yesterday the engineer came to my house and what he did was . I had complaint him regarding 2 of my connections which were facing problem one was the projector case and the other one was that one of my rooms power cord which was replaced 1 month ago by you was not working and their was no connection in my TV . The engineer Mr. Dhiraj who came yesterday what he did was he has put the damaged cable cord in my projector area and he has put in a fresh cord in my room and took away the set up box due to which their was damage. Rashmi ji has also confirmed me that the projector and music system got damaged because of Tatasky .
Sir I would want to tell you that I as an Individual won’t be bearing a loss of 3 lakhs again and again because of tatasky.
I would want to you compensate me with that and want you to get my problem fixed .
Request you to please ask one of your senior heads to contact me and handle my case personally. 3 lakhs is a huge amount and just because of your careless mistakes I won’t be bearing this loss again and again
I just a call from your senior authority saying that I had to pay for the box. I am sorry I am not going to pay for the box. The lady agreed that because of the spliter provided by tatasky my entire system got damaged. I will not pay anything for the box and now you will have to compensate Me with 3 lakhs rupees for the system that got damaged because of you and that too twice the same thing happened. If you arnt doing that and if you are not taking any strict actions its too much I am going to the consumer court for it.
Expect a reply from you now and I want to speak to the highest authority and not any lower authority.
I am sorry to say but Tata Sky you have the most misbehaved employee
Mrs.Rashmi with the contact number 82354 39789 is very ill mannered and when I asked her to drop in to my place to solve my problem her answer was I cannot visit any subscribers place and I don’t even have so much of time to speak to anyone. And she denied me in helping me in solving my problem . If tatasky keeps employees like this soon their will be a time where no person will choose tatasky .
The most ill mannered employee and the worst company ever who cannot satisfy its customers.
Sir its a humble request to you that kindly look into this matter and send in your senior most engineer with the higher authority for supervision so that my problem gets solved.
