Hello Trai,
I am Vijayalakshmi, Aged 61 Located at Siva Garden, Thirumulaivoyil , Chennai.
I am using Videocon d2h, my Customer Id is 138824605.
I am facing “loss of signal” Error in D2h from 26-April-2020. To solve this issue i tried contacting the Videocon d2h consumer helpline more than 10 times and i have logged a complaint(Docket number- 2552161) online, still now i did not receive any response.
As a senior citizen, I am mentally stressed without any entertainment during this Lockdown and my money is getting deducted for the subscribed channels.
I kindly request to take strict action on the irresponsible service provider and i want the money deducted from 26-April-2020 to be refunded.
