We lost signal while i was seeing the programme,showing error code B001.and informed to customer care executive about the problem on that day,20th April 2019,they informed us that there may be some mechanical problems,and will contact us within 48 hrs,bt of no use.again contacted them 4times,and gave similer reply,.later they gave us a no.of the engineer and told to contact him.later we also contacted him thrice,and replied dat will come and check.today is the 7th day of complaint registration,and we lost our 7days of payment.this is really irresponsible move…
