I MADE THE ABOVE BOOKINGS ON 17-02-2021 AROUND 5-6 PM (IST) FROM FLIPKART WEBSITE,BUT DUE TO SOME REASONS WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE IT TO LATER DATE SO WE CALLED FLIPKART AT 3 PM (IST) ON 18-02-2021 WHERE THE EXECUTIVE TOLD HE WILL CALL BACK IN 30 MINS WITH THE REPLY.
HE CALLS AFTER 3 HOURS SAYING YOU NEED TO CALL THE AIRLINES AND RESCHEDULE IT WITH THEM.
WHILE CALLING THE AIRLINE THEY TOLD US, WE MISSED OUR FREE RESCHEDULING AS ITS PAST 24 HOURS FROM BOOKING TIME.NOW TOTAL RESCHEDULING IS COSTING US AROUND 1 LAKHS WHICH IS ALMOST THE SAME AS THE COST OF TOTAL ORIGINAL TICKET PRICES.
IF YOU CAN’T RESCHEDULE WHY DID YOU TAKE 3 HOURS TO REPLY ?
I WOULD HAVE CALLED IT AND DONE AT THAT TIME AND SAVED THE MONEY,BUT NOW TO RESCHEDULE TOTAL AMOUNT IS COSTING JUST ABOVE 1,00,000/-.
AS IT IS YOUR FAULT I WANT TO RESCHEDULE THE FLIGHT WITH NO EXTRA COST ASAP.
