Sir/Mam with lot of pain and vain i am saying this that i ask refund as no product received from bookmytab.com.I ordered 2 tab of

Wizpad F1 Max 10.5 Inch HD+ Display 8 MP Selfie Camera with 6GB RAM Gaming Tablet

and i payed on debit card  rupees 8598  and when i asked refund they divert me to other number 7076583363 .As i am from tamil nadu i don’t know hindi so i ask him to speak on english but he said he doesn’t know english ,i am really suprised that how a shopping website employee doesn’t know that language(english) .I ask him refund to him , he send me a form of refund .In that form they asked cvv number and as refund they never ask cvv number but in hope i gave it , but they still take rupees 8500 .As i am really a poor family a single rupee is so mean for us i can’t even believe what happened .Everybody gets anger with me as i am only 15 years old i can’t even answer them plz i suggest everybody to not buy any products from net banking please buy anything on cash on delivery.please don’t buy anything on bookmytab.com .whenever we call back to the number they message as busy and never attened our call.the total loss me is 17,098 rupees ,it is a huge amount for us
