I am having a digital T.V. connection of AIRTEL.
I received a call that an offer is going on whare in I have to make payment of rupees 1406 annually.
I wanted this offer on my 2 connections that is ID no. 001 & 002.
Accordingly I made the payment of rupees 2812 for 2 connections.
On 21st November 2021.
I was shocked to note that my connectivity of AIRTEL T.V. is gone since 17th July 2022 due to code 6 for low balance in my account.
Surprisingly when the validity of this pack was upto 20th November 2022 how it has been finished on 17th July 2022.
On enquiry I came to know that instead of applying my payment for renewal it has been adjusted on monthly payments.
Kindly look into the matter and restore my connectivity.
