I am Utkal Behera. I got a call from Rutvik shah of CRADLESOFT ENTERPRISES on 13 july 2020.

He told me there is a data entry form filling job in which i have to fill 640 form with 90% accuracy within 7 days and i have to correctly fill 576 forms minimum to generate my salary.

Then he send took my aadhaar card copy and send me an affidavit in which the date in the stamp was mentioned as 30 june 2020 which is quite surprising and unfortunately i didn’t notice that at that time and uploaded my signature and photo.

In the agreement it was written that i have to fill the form with 90% accuracy otherwise i have to pay the registration fees which is 4840/- and if i completed the task correctly i will get 31 rupees per form which will be vary from 17,856/- To 19,840/- INR.

Then i got a call from a lady on 14 july 2020 for confirmation. Then i started my work on 14 july 2020 and completed it on 19 july 2020 which is one day before the deadline. On 20 july 2020 they called me and told that the QC report is generated and in that i have correctly filled only 561 forms.

So i told him that i want see whether i have done mistakes but the person told it was not possible and ask me to pay 19,950/- (which is refundable) so that an auto correction panel is made for me and all forms are automatically corrected. He told me to give the money through google pay/phone pay whithin 10 minutes. Then i paid the money and he told me to login in there website for sometime.

After that he called me and asked for by 21,980/-(refundable) for the clearance of proceeding charges within 20 minutes. Then i refused to pay the money and told him return the 19,950/- which he was earlier told that was refundable.

He told me he will not return the money and threatened me tha he will file a F.I.R against me. After sometime i got an email where it is mentioned that it was an F.I.R and the message was:

(Kindly Note Above Given Details Are Being Sent At Dahod District
Court For Further Legal Proceedings And You Need To Be Present At Dahod District Court On 22/07/2020 With The Challan Amount Of 67,950/- INR.
Failure To Present On Court Date, Court Is Liable To Issue An Arrest
Warrant Against You.)

Then a person called me and told that he was Advocate Sidhhanta Agarwal and threatened me that he will show me his power, will make me loss of lakhs amount of money etc.

I am totally sure that it is a fraud company. They are continously call me and threatened me to give the money. The forms given by them are not relatable. Kindly i request to take necessary action against the company.
