I opted for Wifi connection as i had got job after covid . its my first 5 days and everyday i had to take leave or login from else where cause my isp did not provide me internet they resolve at night and give me 24 hrs timeframe . i lost 6 days of my first job and now i got message from manager that he will not be tolerating this and it would lead to my job security . i lost 6 days of pay and when i went to their office 3 times consequently they denied my refund saying its prepaid middle class people like us are suffering even after pandemic due to this and isp providers like gtpl dont give a shit about it . please help
