Text of Complaint by Abeer Momen:

I was in USA aiming for Omrah to Saudia Arabia and I thought it would be perfect to purchase a Vodafone minutes to be used in Saudi Arabia knowing that I’m already there customer

My Sister called the customer service and was told the exact code and money amount to be purchased.

She did exactly what they advised her

I came from USA passing by Egypt and going to Saudi Arabia

When I arrived there I found out no internet connection neither a phone service

I had to call the customer service which cost me fortune to be advised to transfer my account type to a different system which was very expensive comparing to the system I choose before.  I had no other options.  I used to use the wifi from the hotel which I was lucky to find it as a hotel service far from Vodafone

I believed I would not have a problem fixing this issue when I return back to Egypt

I was very wrong

I spent 3 days trying to explain my problem 1st to the customer service agents and ending by a manager of the supervisors making me pay for their poor guidance and miscommunication

I have the name of the supervisor and of course my phone line to investigate for this issue

Now not only I lost 300 L.E from my money but also I wasted my time and energy which is very valuable in my short vacation in Egypt

I really need my reimbursement from this unprofessional company!
