I am not able to use the broadband service as the LOS LED is blinking on the modem device.
I have paid for 84 days of service already, and today is the 6th day without service, please help me to extend my validity by 6 days.
If you are not able to resolve it, please refund my pre-paid amount.
I am tired of taking follow-up at 121, no is responding mails and on call they are giving false hope that the issue will be resolved in next 4 hours.
