Had placed an order for 500 Black Cream Jars & made an advance payment of 50% just to realise that the order placed hasn’t been dispatched inspite of confirming its dispatch 5 days back. On further enquiry the sales representative conveyed she couldn’t dispatch since full payment wasn’t received & when checked their profile & details, came across many such complaints on Google. I asked them to share the courier details but what the representative shared was a false delivery challan. This company is into fraudulent looting of customers.
