I have purchased Longway 15L gyser in Oct -22 on Flipkart. Product is under warranty period. Now water is not heating. I have contacted Longway customer care number but they are not responding properly. They are telling we don’t have any technician you have to arrange.
Longway customer care number provide senior officer number whose name is Karan, they also denied to provide technician at my location.
Kindly resolve this issue as early as possible.
