From May 2022, I am facing internet outage for minimum of one week every month. Complaint is attended quite late. And this month, the engineer told “I can support only fibre and not copper” and left the spot. So in total, it is 3 weeks of total outage and I am regular customer of Airtel who pays bill on time. If there is no service and they are not able to fix it, please reimburse the bill. It is causing lot of losses for me as I conduct online classes and attend office from home. Who is going to answer for that?
