I have ordered Logitech Headset last month . i have received the product in 3 days which is defective .from the day 1 i am calling Flipkart customer service people they given me the time for replacement for 3 days . its been more than a month now they are keep on changing the dates . either i am not getting a refund or replacement . i am not understanding what to do
