My zest money account is showing loin issue since 3 months. Whenever, I use my phone number to login, always it shows incorrect OTP. I have emailed to zest money Mora than 50 times but no positive response and no resolution. I have multiple loan accounts with zest money and not I cannot close any of them. Even I cannot see may emi details and zest money deducting EMI without my knowledge. I have tried to share my concent but they are not replying now. This is really fraudulent.
