I haven’t been able to log into my Paytm Money account for about a month. It seems there’s a backend issue with the company, linking my number to another account, which is preventing me from accessing mine.

I’m raising this complaint because the customer care team at Paytm has been unresponsive regarding this issue for the past month. As you can imagine, this has resulted in significant trading losses.

I would appreciate your support and attention in resolving this matter.
