My Login at https://coinex-vip8.com/#/login is blocked and says user is frozen and now asking $5000USDT to re-activate. I have already balance of approx $5800USDT and i am not able to trade or withdraw further. When i am contacting customercare on whatapp they are not replying me. Pls assist me in getting my money back.
