We have submitted the documents to airtel store (hard copy) 2 times by our official.
And we have submitted soft through mail 3 times, till date login was not created. whenever we sending mails we are getting the mails to login to check the balance. We don’t know how to login, we are unable to reach any healpdesk official though phone.
In addition to that we have made the payment as suggested by the store to the mobile number 9360002002 Rs.2466/=, till date the same was not accounted and today we have received the message the balance to be paid is Rs.3656/=.
We need proper solution for the login creation and making bill payment.
We are following it up for the past 5 months.
