I tried to log in my account with Amazon but they are sending OTP to my old number which is closed. I contacted to their Customer Care. He asked my mobile number. I answered and given old number. He asked my Email ID and I had given corrected. Again he asked my billing address which I left 3 years back and full address I forgotten. The Billing address that is temporary. He told that unless I give full address he cannot activate my account. This is not the correct behavior with customer. If they ask for Aadhar Card that is possible. They can ask permanent Address. Even banks are also not asking such foolish questions. So this procedure is completely wrong. They are not supplying the materials free of cost. I strongly object.
