This is to bring to your goodself’s kind attention that the I, resident of Kakinada have gone to D mart present at gudarigunta yesterday evening i.e., on 29.06.2023 for shopping and while returning back I had visited the Sri srinivasa chitti mixture snacks items food vehicle which is road side food shop placed daily at D – Mart junction beside pragathi engineering college city office D.no: 2, 46-21, near gudarigunta D-Mart, kakatiya Nagar, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh 533003 and taken parcel of one plate punugulu (chinna bajji). After going home I opened the parcel and tried to eat and while eating a locust (midatha) has been observed in chutney. The photographs are also attached to you Sir/Madam. By observing it I returned back and questioned the shop owner about the quality of the food and he answered me in the reckless manner and uttered some filthy language on me saying that I have no right to ask about quality . The quality of the food is also low. Being the costumer, I have a basic right to question about quality as I am paying to them. They are also maintaining the shop in unhygienic atmosphere and delivering the same to the costumers Sir/Madam. If we eat this kind of quality food our health may become sick which may cause us food poisoning. They are also using the oil which is used for two three days which tastes very bad. I am feeling very bad how fssai or any other food quality officials are encouraging and giving permissions to this kind of road side shops in Kakinada which is having poor quality food standards and poor response from shop owners.
