Dear Sir,
As soon as I was able to travel after lockdown i reached Jaipur and submitted a letter (attached) to the bank manager requesting for surrender of locker ( dated 12th June 2020 )
I have as per (below) emails from 18th June and 02nd July again reminded the bank about surrender of locker.
None of my letters or emails have been replied to.
Instead the bank has debited my account with Rs.10620/= as locker rent for the full year 2020-21.
I would request you to kindly help me in this matter as the bank has taken undue advantage of the lockdown, wherein customers were unable to reach the bank and debited the account.
Please ensure this matter is resolved and the locker rent reversed.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
Today again I visited the branch and was unable to connect with my RM – Ms. Saba Shakeel.
Mrs. Krutika Joshi had been given my application for locker surrender last month, wherein I had requested that due to lockdown, I was unable to visit the branch until the first week of June to surrender my locker.
I would be grateful if you could ensure that charges debited to my account for full year rental are reverted.
Meanwhile I have had no reply on my previous mail below to look into the fact that I was communicating with a certain Mr. Kapil Sharma with regard to surrender of my locker.
