Hi,
I am Praveen, I had have bought study chair worth rupees 700 in local store and it got broken within 12 hours after buying it. I know it doesn’t have warranty but lot of people are facing the same issue with those kinds of quality less products. That shop owner is behaving very rude, I am surprised how can he behave like that even customers are getting fooled with those products. I am unable to take this issue to higher level people, but please make sure to send notice to that shope and atleast make them to start selling quality products.
HIRA enterprises is the distributor it seems, I can see label on chair.
