I Ms Anima das relocated from one station to other in Mumbai itself. I have contacted tata play for relocation the technician came and did al sort of things he wanted to do. Local Technician Rakesh Tiwari charged me 1400rs for relocation charges which I paid him through gpay. The. Afterwards I came to know that the charges was only rs300 which got debited from my tata play account also. I complained about this to the nodal office of Mumbai Mr. Shekhar with all the dispute and investigation the local dealer named Basel mascarenas and technician Mr Gupta came to my house at 8pm in night and did all sort and I investigation and refunded my 1400 to my tata play account on 8th June 2022 since now there has been a constant modification on my Id without my concern Mr shekar nodal officer called me to confirm if there is any pack you have subscribed to I said I haven’t done from my side. Now I came to know that dealer is constantly modifying on my tata play account by adding channel and decreasing my recharge amount from two days my amount has came down from 1668 to 1286 rs. I have done ways to contact but still the local dealer
and technician is harassing me and making me mentally depressed from 4 days due to all these disputes. Nodal officer is also not taking any action neither doing anything now who will pay my loss of 300rs
