Airtel has learnt to become a big cheater in the mobile network services. I had a 1ps/sec pack paying 24Rs every month on auto renewal. However when I had to recharge there were no full talktime packs available except 145rs which come along with 30p/min pack and 1GB free data. But I want just full talktime recharge done, and because of this my 1ps/sec pack which I pay and auto renew every month got cancelled, which was just renewed 9 days before the 145rs recharge which I did. The 1ps/sec pack is valid for 28 days and I must another 19 days of this pack which when asked at the customer care was spoken rudely by the Supervisor Hemanth. Please take necessary action.
