I had taken a loan for 30000 and due to some financial issue I am unable to pay. Today is the due date and they started texting from early morning. They are sending messages with time limits and threatening to contact emergency and reference contacts. I tried to download the app so that I can speak to customer care however the app is removed from app store. Now I am not sure if the app is real or a scam. I do not want to make payments to any app that is not even available on the app store.

Their app is not available on the app store and play store. They have added God knows what penalties and now asking me to pay 53000. They are sending me 3rd party links to download the app, which I won’t do. Their email support is of no help either.
