I took a loan of 13,000/- out of which 9000/- was credited to my account from this app Loanifi, and was unable to pay on time so I was been told to make a partial payment of around 4900/- which included a penalty of 400/- for missing the payment earlier & I was been told that I can make the remaining after 15 days. But it came shocking to me that even after 15 days they are asking me to pay the same amount of 13,000/- as the 4900/- i paid was extension for 15 days, this was never informed to me , they are not ready to listen their own recordings & everyday they threat me that they will call my friends & families that I am defaulting on payments, which is harassment.
