I didn’t apply for a loan, but NAR credit gave me 12000 rs in which they took rs. 5400 as a processing fee. After that, I started receiving obscene images of mine on Whatsapp via NAR Credit and moreover, they also sent photoshopped obscene images of mine to my contacts (family members and colleagues). I paid the whole amount of rs. 12000 on dated 13th April 2023 before the due date. Once I paid the whole amount I received threatening calls on my Whatsapp from NAR Credit and they are also demanding more money from me otherwise they threatened to viral photoshopped obscene images on the Internet.
It is therefore prayed that this Honorable Court may pass a decree for recovery of rs. 12000 along with any interest if applicable and take legal action against the NAR Credit.
