I had taken personal loan from IVL Finance (Loan No- CL27349294) was applicable from Dhani App. I have paid all my dues and my account was closed from Dhani app but still reflecting in my credit report. And I have paid all their amount but the amount of 1891 is still showing in my credit report. I also reported this issue to Dhani customer care but they told me nothing is active from their side, please report this to credit bureaus. Please check my account and solve my problem.
It is affecting my credit score and due to this my credit score has dropped.
