Payufinan opened my account in 06/03/2019. I cleared all the dues on 04/08/2022. Current balance is showing 0 and there is no overdue showing but still they are not closing my account on CIBIL Transunion which is impacting my credit score and whenever I put my file for any loan it gets rejected saying that u have taken loan from this payufinan company which is showing active. I have shared this many times with CIBIL also and I tried contacting to PAYUFINAN but there is no contact number, and I can’t find any institution. I again raised the complaint via cibil that this account does not belong to me now and they closed the dispute saying to get in touch with PAYUFINAN. I am Sharing the pic of my cibil report also.
