I have lost over 3 lakhs in the name of charges while applied for a loan of 9 lakhs. Neither is loan given nor the charges are given back. The initial agreement only mentioned 1950 as file charge which I paid. Later agreement charge of 12500 which they sent a scanned copy of stamp paper. Again asked for insurance of 21549. I said I’ll pay 17k and rest later to which he agreed and then after payment said the amount is not able to be released as I didn’t pay full so I paid the rest. He again as 36k for tds and said this will be last. 49k was again charged for intercity charge and he showed me email from the bank website which said the payment is blocked as that was not paid. Again asked 83k for rbi charge and gave me a notice from rbi for this. Since loan is taken for emergency of money shortage and I gave away all money to him, I took sometime to arrange money for this which I paid and during payment too he created lot of issues that he did not receive and I had to fight a lot by showing proofs and finally it was done. He again said I need to pay 25k for late fees and said it’s last and all amount will be refunded. After this he disappeared for two days and then came back and said it’s holiday for them. He still didn’t process my loan for two days more and I filed a complaint to which he forced me to remove the complaint and he will give me. I asked him to give and have it removed but he still didn’t. Later he transferred and it was again blocked asking 38k for tds from rbi but tds was paid before but it’s charging again which I told him. He initiated a whole new payment and it’s starting all new charge so I asked him to deduct which he didn’t listen. I paid this too as this was from rbi. This time I told him to do a proper payment and check with his manager if he doesn’t know to transfer and creating new payment every time and it will ask fresh fees again. He was reluctant and did not listen and made a new payment again and it again charges rbi clearance fee of 46k and I told you already took 83k of rbi fees before and now he says it’s a new one. This never ends when I told him not to process a new loan they never listen. Then another person contacts me and says to complete this payment and he promises to return my money if it doesn’t go through. I told him I have filed a complaint and I cannot trust their promises anymore as they have broken it more than five times. He stopped responding from next day. Both the numbers don’t respond anymore. Please help me.
