I am Munish banswal. I was admitted to the My hospital on 05-04-2022 and discharged on next day. My insurance company was not mentioned in the list panel list so I enquire with to team and said my insurance team was not mentioned here he said do not worry you don’t have to pay anything for your team your treatment will be cashless. so I was admitted to the hospital. Then he collected my phone from my wife and said for verification and process I have need the patient mobile phone but he applied for a loan to claim hospital expenses without my declaration. Now in days when my cibil score getting down so I get information about it then I noticed The Liquiloans loans company amount was outstanding in the score so I noticed the loan was applied on the admission date so I contact the hospital but they are not responding if I trying to contact loan company they are not responding but they are communicating with the hospital when I aggressive for it then hospital said we arrange a meeting with the head of the hospital I visited there then hospital not attended the meeting
so I request you please take an action against to the hospital so they can help me. And stop there this scam which happens in the hospital and bother illiterate customer and patients.
kindly investigate the hospital scam as soon as possible and punish them quickly
