I downloaded Glory Loan app and I didn’t finish my loan application when I decided to delete it. A few days later and till today, I started getting calls and messages on WhatsApp about loan repayment. They had my photo ID proofs, photo, application. They even have access to the numbers on my phone list. This is a complete breach of privacy. When I called the number they harassed me and abused me verbally to the point that they threatened to ruin me. Till then I had no information about any loan approval, nothing. When I checked my bank statement an amount of ₹2750 was credited to my account via Gungun Enterprises. There was no intimation of a loan being approved. No E-mandate was signed nor a loan agreement was reviewed. There was nothing and yet that amount was credited. Now they’re harassing me to pay ₹5000 as loan repayment. I asked them to send me a photo of the interest but they’re refusing and abusing me again. They have several excuses to not show proof. They want me to repay loan that I didn’t finish the application form of.
