Alleged Loan provider (TPP Loans & Financial Services) is offering service for trading and international loans based on advance fee. After a fee is paid a reason why the loan cannot be disbursed is created and a new fee for a alternative solution is proposed. However that also fails and another fee is requested. This is an endless loop. The Service provide expects fees to be paid in BTC format, but also provides account details of so called “Agents”. But those apparently run away with the Money and TPP ask again for paying the fee. No loan is ever issued.
