Last week I saw a add on facebook regarding loan a app name moneyview so I open app and uploaded my documents and I did a kyc
Then next morning I recieved a amount of 900 rs on 02-04-2025 and after then I received a call on 07-04-25 , you are taken a loan from pen loan so you have to pay 1500 rs immediately and they interacted with me very rudely and mentally harassed me and said we will send you legal notice.
And want to bring to your notice that I have not asked and taken any loan from them , asking me to pay or refund more money.And today also they are harassing me as they have access of my contacts.
Kindly take legal action against PEN LOAN and MONEY VIEW.
