Hi ,
I agree this is not sort of things which need to be complaint . However this actually a minor but grave issue .
I contacted Aditya Birla for personal loan of just 1,00,000. First thing it was just rejected because my residence is in slum . So does it mean even if i am earning 35000 with respected company for about 4 years as Digital marketing manager , so does my house defines that i for loan.
Secondly the updates which was given to me was always late as it usually take 4-5 days to process the loan . It took 18 days to update them . Their Employee Mr. Umesh Kale was delaying update and when he said it was rejected due to residence , he blocked my call where I just asked in very professional manner to talk to me .
If it would have been updated early I would have seen better option rather than such unprofessional company.
I want justice on same . Help me to get justice so that this does not happen to other person
