I have taken a loan of 5000 from Koko loan app on 26/01/2022 and repaid it on 31/01/2022 but they are not updating my repayment in app and now charging interest over it .. total outstanding amount reached to 10000.. Also they are threatening me in calls and WhatsApp msgs. What should I do ? Please resolve my complaint.
