There is a company named Karta loan under rich cash application providing loan . I had taken the loan of 4010 on 07/02/2022 and repaid it on 12/02/2022. Due date was 14/02/2022 . They have not updated my repayment in app and now charging interest of overdue . Also they are threatening me in calls and WhatsApp msgs. What should I do?please resolve my complaint.
