I had informed Moneytap that I’ll make payment after my PF amount also by month end but still they contacted my family and have asked for repayment by family was unaware about my loan because that was personal loan not the family loan. They have given all the information about my loan to my reference and family due to which i am mentally stressed i didn’t informed anyone that I took loan.
I have to pay your entire amount but not possible in one go hence yesterday i.e. 27th Sep’22 i send email to grievance team but still no response from them also in the morning they again contacted my mummy asking for repayment.
