I have taken a loan amount of 1,60,000 and it has been 6 months and then I wanted to repay the whole amount and asked them for foreclosure and i received a mail to pay whole amount by using NEFT or IMP .
But there is no option for me to pay online of total amount which I have a limit of 50000/- only. I have paid the 50000rs and called agent to help me in payment of the rest of the amount. They said that they will inform me and they are not lifting my call now.
