Respected Sir I have taken a loan from speed loan and super wallet loan app which falls under Rich Cash Loan App and it can found in the Google Play Store. The loan was of Rs. 8000+8000=Rs.16000 which I have taken on 12-01-2022 and the due date was on 18-01-2022 but due to some uncertain reason I could not made the payment in time I already have mailed to their mail id but to no avail they have not replied to me anything it has been passed 8 days since my due date and the said apps charging daily Rs. 560 of overdue charges which now became Rs. 23840 till date. In this regard I request you to take some steps to stop my increasing overdue charges as now I am trying to repay my loan but there is a failure showing from the said loan app
