Dear sir/ madam.
I am using first time dhani one freedom card.
Dhani app show advertisement of dhani one freedom card with zero interest and easy to pay in 3 emi.when I apply they give me 10000 thousands limit, but didn’t activate it because he take monthly subscription charge of 299. After two days dhani customer care call me and speak me her call recording to training purpose and month subscription is valid for one month and never automatically activated and also confese me, when you buy monthly subscription its valid for only one month and never automatically activated it and deduct your balance from your account. I fear that monthly subscription automatically will be deducted. When I complaints it and give review on Android playstore then customer care call me; speak only sorry and in night I received a message. Which is it; Dear Customer, your total dhani One Freedom credit line transactions for the period 2021-04-10 to 2021-04-11 is Rs.904.4000000000001 payable in 3 easy interest free EMIs of Rs.352 each. Your EMI will be debited from your bank account on 2021-04-12. Pls keep sufficient balance, thank you.
How to be possible after one days I have to pay emi at same day and he never give me reminder and never tell me about it and never shown in advertisement or app. It’s totally frauding with me.he is harassing with me.please take and give justice..
