Hi sir i get loan from u cash rs 2700 before lockdown.. my date to pay was april 14 due to lockdown i cant pay because they charge high intrest.. so i mail them.. i did not check the mail.. no one call.. one customer care executive called he asked me to pay 5754 i said due to lockdown i can’t able to run family how can i pay all loan amount… the call was discontinued.. on 20/7/20 another person called today befor 2 u must pay or i will call all ur contact number person and ask them like the have prosititue i given number like wise they say. And then thay say i will say to ur contact person that u had meet with accident he is hospital. Pay the amount on my account number. So we can check for him. Like wise their executive speeks.. they also said they will talk harasingly to all my contact person.. i asked them i will pay just principal amount and i just need 5 to 10 days time that what i asked… their customers executive keep on saying harasing words.. they said pay 3000 in application but application shows 5754.. i can able to pay principal amount 2700+ intrest 300 total rs.3000 . please help me in this regards
