Hi,
I am writing this email regarding Mentally distrusted & Abusing behavior shown by Customer care executive,My name is ikram & i have taken a loan loantap in 2019.loan amount is 80000 for 24 months & emi is 4450. After covid & and i have pay emi every month as per given time,As discussed one of executive in month of April,She told me, Right now total pending emi is 5 and supposed my last emi is month of aug & and executive agreed for that.But month of september have a received a call same executive and she again told me your pending amount is 60000 thousand ,Is boldy joke and executive behaviour is very pathetic & rude behaviour showing me on call.So Please clarify this case & given a clarity this matter
